Great, I have a green smoothie after the gym, a healthy lunch and I cook dinner every night.
Some days I make breakfast or lunch, some days I just have to grab food on the run.
I know I have too much coffee, sugar, takeouts and quick meals.

I hardly ever get headaches or a sore stomach and my immune system is pretty great!
